Craftz Co., Ltd. Action Plan (relating to the Act on Promotion of Female Participation and Career Advancement in the Workplace)
Craftz has formulated the following action plan to reform employees’ workstyles and in particular, to increase the number of female employees who are willing to continue working for the company over the long term.

1. Plan implementation period
April 1, 2022 – March 31, 2027 (five years)

2. Objectives
・To increase the share of employees who are female to at least 35%
・To increase the average years of service of female employees by at least one extra year from the current figure of eight years

3. Measures
Starting from April 1, 2022, an even greater effort will be made to encourage employees to take their annual paid leave entitlement.
