An integrated production process enabling Craftz to meet short delivery deadlines
Craftz has an integrated production system, in which almost every process relating to packaging production is undertaken in-house. The resulting high level of production efficiency realizes short delivery leadtime. We can respond speedily to help customers overcome the risks associated with launching new products in a competitive market or with adjusting inventory in response to rapidly changing demand. Furthermore, because all aspects of front-line production are handled in-house, we can maintain consistent quality standards, and so we can deliver products that are more certain to meet customers’ requirements.
Data compilation
After the design data has been submitted, specialist plate-making software is used for color separation and frame processing. Craftz aims to ensure reproducibility in relation to Epson printers and other output devices, and we perform regular matching to achieve this.
Plate-making
A steel cylinder is copper-plated, after which electronic engraving is used to create indentations, with chrome plating to complete the process. The use of electronic engraving allows smooth gradation, ensuring high reproducibility for color printing.
Printing
Craftz’s printing machines are equipped with vertically inverted, enabling them to handle a various types of designs. To assure product quality, each machine is equipped with inspection devices.
Laminating
Craftz can provide dry and extrusion laminating services as well as solventless laminating. Quality is strictly checked by having inspection devices for both front and back.
Slit cutting
Magic-cut and D-cut processes are available with In-line production process.
Pouch production
Craftz can create pouches in special shapes, enabling us to meet customers’ various requirements for pouch production.
Delivery
Delivery can be frexibly arranged to meet customers’ needs, from individual to combined delivery.
