Notice of Merger (Absorption-type Merger)

Effective November 1, 2025, we have merged our subsidiary, Kyoritsu Laminate Co., Ltd.　(2116 Nagase, Moroyama-machi, Iruma-gun, Saitama) into Craftz Co., Ltd. and established it as the “Craftz Saitama Factory”.　Through this merger, we aim to integrate management resources and enhance operational excellency, allowing us to provide faster and higher-quality services than ever before.
Please be informed that no changes are made with any existing transaction terms or contract conditions by this merger.
